Reignite your passion and purpose, and reset your energy on this 8 night boutique retreat.

I can’t put this retreat into words!

I haven’t experienced a place like Nepal or a beautiful soul like Kelly. I am overwhelmed with the deep, strong shift in me. I cannot thank you enough Kelly! Your special touches and radiant, loving vibes brought me so much joy.
Thank you.
Amy – Retreat Attendee 2019

This has absolutely been life changing.

I have been searching for ‘that’ connection back to me, to my natural state, having such a beautiful facilitator to hold that space whilst diving into an enriched culture and learning their traditions and ways of life has brought me back to the truth of my soul. This is the most life enriching experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Kelly!

Kathmandu Nepal 2019 Kindred Souls Collective Retreat

Nepal holds an incredibly special place in my heart and my intention with bringing you on this soul inspiring adventure is to fully immerse you in the mystical, spiritual and ancient energy that this country has to offer and for you to take a leap and step out of your comfort zone.

Personally I learn so much about myself every time I return to Nepal. From the moment you step out of the airport into the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu, there still remains an air of calm in which time almost stands still.

Recharge yourself and feel profoundly connected with your heart and the environment around you, as we combine self reflection through daily meditation and sound healing practices.

You will have a whole “small” group of like minded soul-seekers around you as we all experience the rich local culture and adventures together. So you won’t be going it alone and I dare say you’ll make a life long friend along the way.

I’ve carefully chosen activities and locations that will engage your senses fully into the here and now. Nepal’s rich culture will immerse you in an array of colours, smells, tastes and human experiences that keep engaging you completely and connecting you back with your authentic self.

Retreat Highlights

immersive cultural welcome dinner

Discover the authentic taste of Nepal on your first night of our retreat!

We will taste a variety of dishes, made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, while taking in the vibrant atmosphere of the live cultural show!

A unique way to start our adventure!

We have a dedicated day to honour the Full Moon. We will mark this monthly event with a Full Moon ceremony followed by a unique experience of Nepali culture celebrating the arrive of the full moon festival in Nepal.

First stop is Pashupatinath for local devotional and classical Nepali music. While well practiced musicians always appear, the monthly festival in Nepal also showcases young and upcoming artists.

We then scoot over to Boudhanath Stupa for sunset and the lighting of the candles around the magnificent white giant. From our rooftop dinner we watch the sun go down and the Stupa begin to shine in full glory under the full moon.

cultural sites

We visit the ancient cultural sites of Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Patan Durbar Square & Bhaktapur with our local guides.

MOMO (Nepali Dumplings) COOKING CLASS

Momo’s are the unofficial national dish of Nepal! This Nepali dumpling which comes in various shapes, sizes and with all kinds of fillings is a household name in many parts of Nepal. With simple recipes contrasting to the delectable taste, Momo is the go-to meal for any period of the day. Momo is more than a dish in Nepal; it is a way of life.

From kneading dough, preparing ingredients, folding the momos to finally cooking them! Our entire cooking class is an experience to remember!

We leave the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu behind as we trek through the Shivapuri National Park to Chisapani for one night.

As we trek through small villages along the way we will experience the beauty of the National Park as well as stopping at local tea houses and interacting with the locals.

In Chisapani we will experience the most incredible sunset and sunrise and the hospitality of this local trekking town.

On our visit to the ancient cultural site of Bhaktapur we stop by at pottery square and try our hand at our own pottery piece.

Sound healing & Sound bath experiences

You will experience sounds and vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, tingshas, gongs, drums and more with your retreat host and Sound Therapist Kelly!

Each day your bespoke sound healing experience will be customised to align with the chakras of the body as we honour and restore ourselves back to a state of balance and harmony.

I was called to come on this retreat and am so thankful i listened!

It was the perfect balance of healing, workshops, rest, reflection and exploring local culture and cuisines. We were always encouraged to honour what we needed at any given time and rest/reflect where needed. Nepal is a magical country and the retreat was perfectly aligned with majesty she holds energetically.

About your Host

I love to travel and immerse myself in a country. For me, rubbing shoulders with the locals, immersing myself in diverse and spiritually rich cultures, and sharing all that with others is a passion of mine.

I have lived and traveled through the UK and Europe, have explored parts of America, Central America, Africa, Middle East and Asia. But there is just something about Nepal that keeps pulling me back.

The philosophies, people and culture have had a huge impact on my life and it’s a place of calm for me even through the hustle and bustle.

In the span of 13 years I have been to Nepal 7 times and each time I return I am pleasantly surprised by the evolution of the Country. The stories I could tell you!

Knowing Kathmandu like the back of my hand, I have sourced my favourite things to do over the years, places to eat and rest and combined them into this soul inspiring retreat.

I would love for you to join me!
