Wellness Workshop: Mindful Mandalas & Sound Meditation

Join us for this afternoon wellness workshop to celebrate 8 years of Kindred Souls Collective and to pay homage to where it all began, creating mandalas as a mindfulness process.

A mandala (Sanskrit for circle) is a spiritual symbol found in many cultures around the world. The design or structure of a mandala symbolises a spiritual journey that resides within each of us. It is a spiritual guidance tool which aids in meditation practices, through healing, reflection, relaxation and balance of our mind, body and soul.

This fun interactive workshop invites you to explore your soul through creative expression. Participants will be guided through a process of mindfulness, in order to create their own unique mandala. 

It’s an opportunity to connect within, and make beautiful new connections with others, as we leave the outside world behind us for this afternoon workshop.

The workshop concludes with a relaxing Sound Meditation, where we will incorporate our mandalas, and learn how to use them as a meditation tool!

No previous drawing experience is necessary.

This afternoon retreat includes:

  • Meditation and rituals to connect back to self
  • An introduction to Mandalas & how we can use them for mindfulness and meditation
  • Learning about symbols/patterns/design principals/ and our interpretations
  • Learning the structure of the mandala and how to create them
  • Instruction on creating your mandala mindfully
  • Mindful Mandala Kit (containing all the materials you need for the workshop, and to continue using at home)
  • Sound Meditation
  • Nourishing tea and beverages from our botanical bar
