Thank you.
THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY BEEN LIFE CHANGING.
Experience The Beauty of Nepal
Nepal holds a special place in my heart. My intention for this soul-inspiring adventure is to immerse you in the mystical, spiritual, and ancient energy of this remarkable country and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone.
From the moment you step out of the airport into the vibrant streets of Kathmandu, you will feel a unique sense of calm as time seems to stand still.
Recharge and reconnect with your heart and surroundings through daily meditation and sound healing practices.
You’ll be part of a small group of like-minded soul-seekers, sharing rich local culture and adventures together. You won’t be alone on this journey, and you’ll likely make lifelong friends along the way.
Retreat Highlights
I’ve carefully chosen activities and locations that will engage your senses fully into the here and now.
Nepal’s rich culture will immerse you in an array of colours, smells, tastes and human experiences that provide an engaging experience and help you connect back with your authentic self.
Immersive Cultural Welcome Dinner
Discover the authentic taste of Nepal on your first night of our retreat.
We will taste a variety of dishes, made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, while taking in the vibrant atmosphere of the live cultural show.
Cultural Sites
We will visit the ancient cultural sites of Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Patan Durbar Square & Bhaktapur with our local guides.
Pottery Class
On our visit to the ancient cultural site of Bhaktapur we stop by at pottery square and try our hand at our own pottery piece.
Full Moon Ceremony & Night Tour
One of our tour days is dedicated to honouring the Full Moon with a unique ceremony and an immersive experience of Nepali culture.
We start at Pashupatinath, where we enjoy local devotional and classical Nepali music. This monthly festival features both seasoned musicians and emerging artists, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
Next, we head to Boudhanath Stupa for sunset. As the sun sets, candles are lit around this magnificent white monument, and we enjoy a rooftop dinner, watching the Stupa shine brilliantly under the full moon.
2 Day Mini Trek
We escape the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu as we embark on a trek through Shivapuri National Park to Chisapani for an overnight stay.
Along the way, we traverse small villages, experiencing the beauty of the National Park, stopping at local tea houses, and interacting with the welcoming locals.
In Chisapani, we are treated to breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, and enjoy the warm hospitality of this charming trekking town.
Momo (Nepali Dumplings) Cooking Class
Momos are the unofficial national dish of Nepal! These versatile Nepali dumplings, available in various shapes, sizes, and fillings, are a household staple across the country. Despite their simple recipes, momos boast a delectable taste, making them a popular meal at any time of day. In Nepal, momos are more than just food; they are a way of life.
Our cooking class takes you through the entire process—kneading the dough, preparing the ingredients, folding the momos, and cooking them. It’s an experience to remember!
Sound Healing & Sound Bath Experiences
Experience the enchanting sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, gongs, drums, and more with your retreat host and sound therapist, Kelly.
Each day, the sound healing session will be customised to align with your body’s chakras, honouring and restoring balance and harmony.

I WAS CALLED TO COME ON THIS RETREAT AND AM SO THANKFUL I LISTENED!
KELLY’S RETREAT CREATED A SAFE SPACE TO GROW, CONNECT AND LISTEN TO THE SOULS MESSAGES.
Hello! I'm Kelly,
My journey with sound healing began over a decade ago and has taken me across the world, but Nepal holds a very special place in my heart.
The philosophies, people and culture have had a huge impact on my life and it’s a place of calm for me even through the hustle and bustle.
In the span of 13 years I have been to Nepal 7 times and each time I return I am pleasantly surprised by the evolution of the Country. The stories I could tell you!
Knowing Kathmandu like the back of my hand, I have sourced my favourite things to do over the years, places to eat and rest and combined them into this soul inspiring retreat.
